产品用途：Product usage:

  用于发酵工艺制造有机肥，双周搅拌器安装在自动行走机构上，依次对发酵大池中的物料进行搅拌，实现对物料的粉碎、翻搅、疏松及均匀化，同时强制压入空气促进发酵。For using fermentation process to manufacture organic fertilizer, double cycle blender is installed on automatic running gear, which successively stirs fermentation material in the pool for implementation of crushing, stirring, loosing and homogenizing material, and forces to pressure air for promoting fermentation as the same time.

  搅拌时，搅龙把物料推向后方，即将物料由大池进口推向出口，实现连续作业。When stirring, screw conveyers will push material into rear. It means pushing material from pool into exit for continuous operation.

功能特性：Features:

1、生产中设备不需要人操纵，全过程按设定程序自动进行，同时还可通过按钮单独操纵各机构的运动，便于调整及应急处理。Equipment without human control in the production which means overall process follows process setting to conducting automatically and also separately control each mechanism movement for easily adjusting and emergency processing by push-button.         

2、大车和小车分别做横纵行走，保证搅拌对发酵池中任何一位置的物料都能进行搅拌。Trolley and handcart respectively travel in vertical and horizontal and ensure any location of fermentation material in the pool can be stirred.   

3、纵向横向行走及搅拌升级由液压驱动，平稳可靠。Vertically and horizontally traveling and upgraded stirring are stable and reliable by hydraulic drive.

4、机体构件采用H型钢焊接，具有足够的刚度和强度。Mechanical components use H-beam to weld so they will have enough rigidity and strength.

5、耐蚀防护，适应恶劣工作环境。It is corrosion and protection for adapting bad working environment.
